i decided to buy a new highchair for Khéna… the one that we had before was just too big and bulky and it took up too much space… so I am trying to sell it…
I decided to buy the new series of fisher-price chairs just because I like the colours… however, it came with a toy…
I can't stand plastic musical toys… but we decided to let Khéna try it and he caught on pretty quickly and now loves it!!!
I have to admit… my like of being able to eat with both hands is surpasses my hate of plastic musical toys… and batteries are always removable…

It’s the joke among my family that I don’t want plastic toys. So for Christmas my sisters bought my daughter a wooden abacus. They were cracking up when I opened it. But I actually do like it!

That’s the one thing they don’t tell you in parenting books/classes and heck even on the internet…. That the music from a baby’s toys can drive you mad…..Ah well, my daughter likes pressing her buttons to have the music play, my sanity isn’t important:P
I like wooden toys as well, Gen got a few for Xmas courtesy of Nana.

LOL…. with three kids… Sanity is needed so there is usually a strict no plastic musical toys rule… the sound that they make is like nails on a chalk board in my ears…
we did have a few before that we got as presents but they have all banned from the house and sold….
the boys make enough noise that canny plastic music will likely make all of our heads explode… lol
