Thanks for your comment on my blog. I always like to hear from other co-sleeping mamas, because it makes me feel a little less out there. 🙂 The women I work with are all about sleep training and they don’t understand how I can still enjoy nursing my son.
We hope to move towards getting the squeaker to sleep on his own in the evening, and then we’d like to bring him to our bed when we are ready to turn out the lights and go to sleep. But right now, he nurses for so long in the evening that by the time HE falls asleep, I am snoozing, too!
No prob! I had fun reading you!
Oh… I understand you…That happens to me to sometimes… Usually I nurse them to sleep in the living room and I can serf the net or watch TV (and put them down when the are well asleep in my arms)…. but the times that I go and lay down to nurse (especially when we have company over) then there is always a risk that I won’t get up for a while….
I admit it, I am the one who makes your counter go crazy! I come and read your blog every day. Thanks for sharing so much, you are inspiring.
BTW, we almost have twins (my daughter is born September 3). Who knows, maybe we’ll have another couple with baby #3?!
À bientôt!
Thank you so much for such a nice compliment!
I am glad that you like reading… this blog is very therapeutic for me…
As for baby #3…. we are still trying… I finally had a “normal” 28 day cycle so I think that my body is finally getting ready for it….
Cool that our kids are so close! Where did you give birth?
I have wonderful pregnancies but difficult births, so my kids were both born in the hospital. My son (who’s 5 – yikes!) was born in Ste-Justine (yuck!) and my daughter in St-Luc… it was awesome! I’ll definitely go back there next time!
Yeah… I know what you mean about difficult births…. I was transferred to the hospital for the first (from the birthing center to the Jewish) and had a birthing center birth for the second… Reminds me that I want to add my birth stories to my blog…. 🙂

I’m glad I can comment now, I was trying to register for a while. I just found you not long ago and love reading!
Well… I have been trying to resolve the probem and it isn’t working for now so I guess I’l just leave it the way it is 😉
Happy commenting! If I would have known sooner I would have changed it sooner!
Been trying to register for a while now, I don’t really have anything prolific or profound to comment on at the moment, but just wanted to let you know that I support you every step of the way! Manitoba misses you. Or maybe its just me, but either way, you are missed.
