So Simon is going back to work tomorrow… It has been amazing having him home for the last 7 months…

At the start of the leave we wondered what Khéna would be like when he went back… would he be crawling? Have teeth? What would he look like?

Now… we are there and he is more than I could have imagined…

The boys have changed so much in the last 7 months, and Simon and I have gotten to spend a lot more time together…Â

So, today I cut Simon’s hair for the first time since Khéna was born… (I also cut the back of Xavier’s hair to make it more even and cut a bit of Colin’s bangs… ) and made a bit of extra supper for Simon’s lunch tomorrow..

I have to admit I am a bit nervous about being with the boys all day alone everyday… but I think that it will be good in many ways to go back into our normal routines…
