Usually I serve leftovers but lately it seems we either have no leftovers at all or enough leftovers that it makes sense to serve it at dinner rather than lunch. If we have no leftovers for lunch, I panic and serve a smorg of this and that.

Hummous though is a favourite, it’s easy to make and the kids love it! I serve it with toast soldiers (or pita if we have), and cut up vegetables.
