i just KNEW you would LOVE kneedle felting from all your crafting and creativity.
it’s so rewarding because it’s so quick to actually make something.
when i started i made a new fruit each evening (apple, pear, lemon, etc) and i have made some xmas balls, dwarfs, and a few animals (that’s harder ).
I think you might be interested to know that you can buy some great wool in montreal for felting and it’s cheap. At La grande Ourse a waldorf shop on avenue duluth between st laurent and st denis. check time tables on internet (they have no website yet though).
Also, i thought you might like this book http://www.livingcrafts.com/blog/giveaways/books-a-felt-farm
and if you like making felt things, a waldorf doll is the ultimate gift. it takes some time though.
there are some workshops on how to do it at la grande ourse but you can learn from books and the internet.
a blog i really like of a really talented quebec felt maker and doll maker is : auxdemilunes.co (mind it’s not .com) she made the doll for my son (Merro is the name of the doll you can see it on her blog and her etsy shop, it,s just so beautifull).

ok, gotto go!
wish you a great 2013 year filled with creativity and BC!

Welcome to the addicting world of needle felting! I love Maplerose and it’s where I bought my big pack of needle felting supplies, I’ve also bought supplies to make a waldorf doll for Sophie and I get my kite paper there for window stars. Love that place. 🙂
Your creations are fantastic, can’t wait to see what else you come up with.
