Most of the meals that I make are quite easy and don’t take much time to make. Especially in the week when Simon is not here and the kids are going crazy as I am making supper. I’ll be sharing the beef/peppers and Udon Noodles recipe this week. It is such an easy meal and takes just a few minutes to make. It is also delicious!
