The problem I have run into is that, like you said, freezing ice cubes isn’t that convenient, and making broth on the spot RARELY happens, if ever. So, now I have five gallon bags full of veggie parts. Is it possibly to uses these veggie parts in the dehydrator instead of purchasing new shiny veggies? THANKS!!
