I also have an Excalibur 10 and I love it too! My husband and I are backpackers so having a good dehydrator is invaluable. And this is an amazing (vegan!) recipe–I’m going to try it for our next backpacking trip! Thank you so much Melissa!

I use red lentils to thicken other soups in place of potato and I like them as honey baked lentils too but I reserve my lentil LOVE for Le Puy lentils and bacon. Yum.
